Fair Time!

Nana and I took the girls to the fair tonight!  It was a smaller one than we are used to but we had fun!  The girls had lots of fun on the rides and played some games!!

 

Weekend Away...

Daddy's working in Niagara Falls right now and he couldn't make it home for the weekend, so we decided to go to him!  He ended up working all weekend, instead of just Saturday, so we didn't really see him much.  We did however do all the "touristy" things and we all had a great time...it's nice to get away.

  The girls were tuckered out...as you can see by the way Maddie was sleeping...bed hog!!!

It was fun and we got some shopping done too!!

Dancing Queens!!

 The cutest thing...after dance class tonight, Maddie decided to "teach" her sister a little Highland!  I've got video...ADORABLE!!!  Maddie is such a patient awesome big sister!  And Miaya is a great learner!!!

Weekend Get-Away!

Because Nana is so awesome...we were able to go away for the weekend to enjoy some time together for our Anniversary...We took the trailer and went camping!  The weather was a little cooler but we had a great time! 

We rode our bikes, played some cards, watched some movies (it was 3 degrees last night!!  brrrr....) and just enjoyed each other's company!

One Lucky Girl!!

I mentioned a few times (maybe more...) in the past while to my hubby that I would love a Sea-Doo...Well, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ME!!!  We were able to go and play for a bit this afternoon.  (Of course, I am still teaching my camera hater husband to take pics of me once in a while, so that is why there isn't any of me!)  I am very spoiled!!!!

First day of Grade 3!!!

We are all having a hard time believing that summer is over...and an even harder time believing that our Maddie is starting Grade 3!!!  Wow!!!  Maddie was all ready to go...new backpack, clothes, shoes...she really needs to stop growing:(This was her first time going to school on a "big" bus...she has always been on a "little" one...she was a little nervous too because she had to transfer to a different bus before getting to school...I hope our baby has a wonderful 1st day back!!!  It will be quiet and we will miss her, I know that for sure...xo

 

Happy LABOUR Day!!!

 Today...on the last day of summer vacation...it was beautiful!!  A great day to hang out with family, go for a boat ride, do some tubing, eat some dinner and enjoy great company and some fun!!!

We hope you all enjoyed your summer as much as we did!!  Why does it have to go by so fast??!

BBQ...actually in the lake!!

Daddy is so very creative...we wanted to have a BBQ while on the boat today...so we did...and it was AWESOME!!!!  We love summer...
