A day at the Beach!

It proceeded to rain and hard, all night and into the morning.  By 11am, we went for a walk and ended up on the beach.  It got warm fast, so we put our suits on spent the day in the sand!!

After getting all the sun we could, we had some supper, played ball and had another fire.  The girls were in bed by 9:30pm, which is the earliest they have seen there bed all week!  Maddie fell right asleep, well little miss Miaya lied awake until almost 11pm but she was so good to be quiet and not bug her sister!

 

Our last day!

It was a hot one today!!  Wow...we packed up and headed into the park for a few more hours of fun!

 
Miaya was so good at waiting in line for the rides!  This picture was funny because she was so close to Maddie that it looks like Maddie is picking her nose...HA!!!  She wasn't though!!

And we saw an awesome show about endangered animals..there was a baby lion and leopard, a HUGE tortoise, monkeys, snakes (ick!) and many others too!  The kids loved it!

 

Just as we were leaving the park it started pouring!  We picked a good time to leave. We headed back to Canada where we found our next stop!  We camped at a nice park right on Fort Erie.  We had just enough time to set-up, BBQ dinner, have a quick fire where we ended up wearing our coats while roasting marshmallows because it started raining...again!  Man, we have had a lot of rain!  We headed in the trailer and watched a movie!  Another perfect day!!

Fun Fun FUN!!!

 Our day was action packed again!  The kids played at camp while I went for my run and Mark cooked for us.  And then we went for a full day of rides rides and more rides!!!

 

 

 The weather was weird...hot, humid and a little cool in the afternoon but we went on all the water rides.

 

 The 8 of us went on the one water ride...man we were soaked!  But you have to wear clothes over your suits, which is silly but all part of the fun!

 

 We did this one twice and I brought my camera the 2nd time around...it was hilarious!  We got some good shots...the water was freezing!!

 
 Mark blamed his sister for getting him soaked...whatever makes him feel good!  Poor Kelly was the only one without her suit on and she was drenched!!  Too funny!!!

 

 This one big coaster is called the Ride of Steel, has a 208 foot drop and was AWESOME!!!  The adults took turns on it while the kids had a break!  It was WICKED FUN!!!

 After heading back for supper, which it down poured in the middle of and we all got soaked because it came on so fast we had no warning...it stopped enough for us to go get some ice cream and play at the Arcade!

 

We ended the night watching the fireworks again!  We are all going our separate ways tomorrow but have had a blast together!!  Can't wait for next year!!

Todays Forecast...RAINY with a lot of BOUNCE!!!

After Auntie Kelly and I got our morning exercise in, Mark cooked us some yummy breakfast while the kids rode their bikes and played.  After that, it rained ALL DAY!!  A lot!!!!  Well, that kind of put a damper on our day of outdoor play so we took a drive, found an indoor Play Land full of bouncy castles, mini golf and arcade games! 

 

The kids had a blast, used A LOT of energy and it was very hard for me not to bounce in the castles too...Man, to be a kid again. 

 
 We headed for some dinner and then back for more bouncing!  And it was still raining...that's OK though, we all had quite a good day!  The kids were pooped and ready for tomorrows adventure!!
