Turkeys

We had to stop and wait for a whole bunch of turkeys to get out of our way and I grabbed the camera but they are quick...

Sleepover at Nana's!

My hubby and I had plans last night so we asked Nana if she would hang out with the girls!  With Miaya not well at all, we weren't sure we should go but we were only 10 minutes away, so we decided to go anyways.  Turns out, she was perfect and didn't give Nana any trouble!  We stayed overnight too, so I was there to get up with her when she woke up very early...did I mention how much I hate teething?!?!

Maddie brought her doll head, so Nana braided it for her and then I helped her straighten her hair.  Miaya played with Nana's musical things and loved them!  When Daddy woke up, we had something to eat and headed home!  Thanks Nana!!

Coyotes

are everywhere around us.  I had my camera today so I was able to snap a shot.

No school!!

 
because of too much snow and freezing rain all night!  We played outside instead...FUN!!!

Cartoons!

The girls were watching some cartoons together this afternoon before we left for some appointments.  And Miaya is working on some new teeth...(I hope they come quickly this time!)

and bathroom sinks have a lot in common.  They both hold water and Barbie's seem to enjoy them both.

Sundays!

Another beauty day today!  Maddie and I put our skates on and skated until our toes were numb!  (Literally, I kid you not!!) And Miaya was getting bored so Daddy took her up to the house.

 And when Maddie and I were done, we found them both in the garage playing with Daddy's toys...My little grease monkeys!

Maddie went fishing, she didn't catch much but had fun!!  And Daddy played on his toys with both his girls! 

Work first...

 Before we can use the rink, we have to shovel it everyday and that takes quite a while considering how big it is!  So, Maddie played ``pizza`` delivery`` and Miaya followed her around...

Then play...

After working hard, we all put our skates on and spent time in the beautiful sunshine...

And Miaya fell asleep...

Look at You!

Wow, we are so proud of Maddie!  She only put skates on last year for the 1st time and she is doing fabulous!!  She even pushes her little sister around, for her balance and for Miaya's entertainment...

is also fun because Daddy is awesome and set up some super lights for us!! 

Another day at the lake!

For a girl, who 1 month ago, would kick and and scream when it was time to get dressed to go outside, she really LOVES going out now...all the time...all day...every day...much easier!!! 

And I told you there would be lots of pictures of our rink...

I picked Maddie up from the bus on the 4-wheeler today because we had to hurry back to help flood our rink!  George, Papa and Daddy did a great job!  (And Maddie helped too and stayed dry!)

Mark was able to get it flooded twice before bed tonight and it looks awesome!!!

Today, we are sending some special wishes to a special Aunt, sister and friend...HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE KIM!!!!!!  We hope your day is filled with many fantastic moments and wonderful memories!!  (Give Mommy extra kisses today Declan!!!) xoxoxo

All caught up...

And so very glad that I was able to.  I had dinner with an old friend tonight and we had a wonderful evening, talking and catching up.  Friends truly are one of life`s most precious gifts and I am so glad you are part of mine...xo...Until we ``eat`` again...(I crack me up...thought you`d smile at that!!)   

Snow day!!

A snow day was declared today...so what better way to spend it but outside!!!!  It snowed a lot, all day!  We started by sledding.

Then we made our way down to the lake where we shovelled our rink (and the girls!!  They both thought it was funny!)

It was a great way to spend this very snowy day!!

Anything you can do...SO CAN I!!!

Oh the battles ahead we will have, I can see them now...Miaya has her mind set that whatever her big sister Maddie is doing, she can do it too!!!  So, they brush their teeth together everyday now!!  It's pretty cute!
